Lost passport and get a new one, what should I do now?

Hi, I have chinese student X type, but i have lost my passport. Now i new passport. Should i direct go to embassy for new X type or ask my university to send me another form. Please give me details. Thanks

Considering your situation, you need to re-apply for a student X type, so I think you need to ask for another form from your university.
