Which airline should i use? Im flying out of Dulles June 18/19 and travel to Chengdu.

1. You are suggested to choose Air China or United Airlines to get to Beijing Capital Airport. And then transfer to Chengdu Shuangliu Airport.
2. You can take the perfume for self use and put it in the checked baggage. If the vessel is less than 100ml, it is also allowed to be carried onto the plane.
In general, canned goods can be taken into CN. But meat products are not allowed.
