About:Embassy of Cameroon in China

How do i get a travel document for my 4mth old son i am in Malaysia.

Dear sir,

I am currently in Malaysia with my and our son is 4 months. we need to travel to Cameroon and the Malaysia immigration is asking for a valid document from Cameroon embassy to ascertain that he is my son and we do not have an embassy here in Malaysia, please advice on what to do and how long it will take for me to acquire this document from PRC given that our embassy is the slowest in the world to react to such issues.

Wain, you need to prepare the required documents first including the application form, 3 passport-style photos, the kid’s birth certificate, a statement to clarify that your son didn’t join the Malaysian nationality, parents’ passports and marriage certificate, parents’ valid entry permit to PRC, and a written consent letter from parents to apply for the travel documents for the boy, as well as other documents required by the consular officers. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days. It’s just for a reference.
