Tourist visa from Netherlands to China

I'm Dutch, and my girlfriend is Chinese. I plan to go to PRC with her in July. She is studying in the Netherlands now. I will stay in her home, so I don't have hotel reservation. Could she make the invitation letter for me? Or her parents?
