Thai Visa for Kenyan citizen

Hello, I live in DPRK and my Nanny who is supporting me with my kids is Kenyan. We all need to travel to Thailand for official visit. Can she apply for Thai Visa in Beijing? What does she need?

She can apply for it in Beijing and she can apply for a tourist entry permit. She needs to prepare those documents including her passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, her residence permit in PRC, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation, as well as bank savings account with at least CNY 10,000, and a guarantee letter from the embassy of Kenya in PRC.
Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of Thailand to apply for it.
