is there english counter in xian station to collect ticket ?

We will be there on April 28 - April 30, and plan travel to beijing by train on 30's night. It's recomended for to collect ticket by our self or it's better to send the ticket to hotel. Its' peak time , cause we havent decide where to stay ... thanks

No, there has no special English counter there. What time will you depart? In midnight? if like that, it should be OK since the waiting line will not as long as in daytime. It is ture that it can be a peak time for your travel date, if you are worried about the collection and communication, you may think abou their delivery service since you will have your paper ticket directly and escape that process. You cangive them the address later since there are still plenty of time!
