They now practise it for keeping fit, while the original purpose is to protect themselves and defeat enemies.

As a chinese, Apart from keeping fit and self defence, The purpose of training kungfu is to get mentally health and get life philosophy. Chinese traditional kungfu is the best body language that express chinese culture, Chinese Confucianism,Chinese Taoism, and Buddism are the main philosophy and theory foundation that support chinese traditional kungfu. By training kungfu, you can get more inspiration and wisdom from it, which will instruct your life.
