Take minibus no. 86 to Kowloon Bay. Then take Kwun Tong Line to Yau Ma Tei. Transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty Station.

For Lantau Island, do you refer to Ngong Ping 360? If so, take Island Line at Admiralty to Central. Walk to HK Station and take Tung Chung Line to the terminus. Leave from exit B and walk to cable car station to take it onto Ngong Ping.
