About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have flight in China Air for Melbourne, it will stay at Beijing airport for 13 hours.

In my case, do I need a Transit Visa as my stay is just for 13 hours. Further, please guide that if a flight stay at any China airport for few hours only (say 5 to 10 hours), then all the passenger still need transit permit or not?

Sohail, as long as you don't transit for more than 24 hours, the transit permit is not required. And this applies to almost all nationalities.

You don't need to stay inside the airport. You can apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival at the airport so that you can go out to see the city.
