If you hold Myanmar passport, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit because of your nationality.
Considering your situation, you should apply for a tourist L type or other type in advance.

Dear, the 72 hour policy stipulates that a person is only allowed to transit in ONE Chinese city. So if you fly to Beijing visa Kunming, you cannot enjoy the free transit. I’m sorry!
