dubai to nanjing (transit beijing 2.5 hours) then fly nanjing to phnom penh cambodia

I will be visiting Nanjing and my flight itinerary will be:Fly from Dubai to Beijing and after 2.5 hours transfer at airport fly on to NanjingThenFly from Nanjing to Phnom Penh Cambodia within 72 hours

Vincent, if so, I’m afraid you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit because according to the 72 hour policy, you are only allowed to transit in ONE Chinese city, but you stop in two. As for the 144 hour free transit, you are allowed to transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, or Jiangsu, but you transit in Nanjing (Jiangsu) and Beijing. So you cannot use the 144 hour free transit either. In this case, you need to apply for a transit G type or tourist L type for your transits in PRC.
