Singaporean applying visa in China

I'm a Singapore citizen. But currently not in my homeland. I have left Singapore since July 2015 for business and other activities and currently temporarily residing in PRC. I wish to apply for a Chinese entry permit for a long term stay up to 12 months multiple entries. But I will not be going back to Singapore for the time being. Is there any other way I can submit for the application?

Nick, as far as I know, you cannot submit your application in mainland PRC, so I’m afraid you need to go back to Singapore or go to HK to apply for it.
