Hello, Pratik! You can take Line 1 (Luo Bao) to Laojie and from there to Shuanglong on Line 3 (Long Gang). After you arrive there, you would then need a bus instead. The Bus No. 359 will take you to Pingshan station (7th stops, it should be).
