Denied Resident Permit Application

Hi! I have applied for Resident Permit but was denied. My boss used one of his schools to process my Zvisa and FEC but he lets me teach in one of his schools which has no capacity of hiring a foreigner. PSB learned about it through investigation. Am I allowed to reapply? Or am I already blacklisted? I still have my valid FEC and Z type.

I don’t think you are blacklisted and you can possibly re-apply. But you should re-apply for it after some time. You should consult with your boss and see if he can let you teach in a school which has capacity of hiring a foreigner. In this case, you can possibly get the residence permit.
