About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

Travelling through China less than 72 hrs

I am travelling to Shanghai for business arriving on Thursday 21st April 2016 on SAS flight SK997 arriving at 10.55am and Leaving Sunday 24th April 2016 on Cathay Pacific CX5831 departing at 8.40am.
I believe that because I am in PRC for less than 72 hrs I do not require a Visa to enter PRC. Can you please confirm that this correct.
I look forward to receiving your reply.
