About:China Visa Exemption

Hi I'm resident of USA for 30 years , I have a permanent resident card and a Salvador passport

I planing to visit Beijing for a week. What would I need to do or show to get a Chinesse Visa.

You go there for sightseeing purpose, right? If so, you should first prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form with a passport-sized color photo taken recently attached, your residence permit in USA, hotel booking record and round trip air tickets. And then submit the application to the consulate general of PRC to apply for it.
