Question

I have been offered another job beginning in August.  Can  I go in with a tourist L type and then change to a Z type?My wife has a 10 year tourist L type.  She has also been offered a position.  Can she come in s a tourist and then change to  z type?Thank you for your help.roberto Santos

Roberto, you two can possibly change tourist L visa to work Z visa. But I cannot assure that it can be changed eventually. So if possible, you’d better apply for a work Z type in your home country and then enter PRC with work Z type. It will be more secure.
