appointment for applications

hi, I have an appointment at the london embassy to submit an application, my appointment is for 1 application as I didnt know when i booked it that i also needed to submit the application for my boss at the same time.

I cant update my appointment online to 2 under 'quantity of applications', and i dont have time to make another appointment as our trip is before the next appointment is available.

will this be a problem?
