Are we allowed to wear bright colour shirts on Tomb sweeping day?

bright colors like yellow, red, luminous green/ blue, etc etc

Try to avoid bright colour clothes on that day, especially for red and yellow. You need to wear plain colour clothes, such as black, white and grey in order to show enough respect.
