About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi my name is Osei Bright from Ghana.Can I apply for Chinese language visa at the embassy in Philipp

I am came for tour but I have my Chinese language documents with me.
can I apply it from there and go to China.

I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in the Philippines are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
