Z visa applciation, but I don't have enough work experience, will it be a problem?

Dear, I'm 23years old and graduated june 2015.
I received a job offer in a private kindergarten and they are willing to help me to apply for a Z type.

Can I obtain a Z type? Have obviously not 2 years work experience because graduated almost one year ago. They can give me all kind of papers that are necessary maybe the only problem would be the no experience factor? But is that really necessary when its a private kindergarten?

What documents and paperwork should be done to get a successful application? I'm currently on a one year tourist L type in PRC.

Regards

Dear, even though you don’t have 2-year experience, it’s still possible for you to get it. It’s worth a try.
You need to provide those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, your temporary accommodation registration form, Alien Employment License and an Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit in PRC ( your employer will get you these two documents). And then try to change your L type to Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
