camel riding

Question

Is it easy to get to the dessert? And how about the Camel riding, should I plan before heading out there? Like a tourist group or can we do it on our own? (I do speak mandarin, have been to China before and are looking for the cheaper and less touristy option :) ) Thank you

It is very easy to get to the dessert, especially you can speak Mandarin. You can either take the bus or taxi. It only costs CNY 10 to 15 from the downtown area to the scenic area.
