How to get visa for china

Hi sir me and my girlfriend lived together in Chiangmai Thailand for three months and before two and half month and she got pregnant so I want to go there as soon as possible because he pregnancy is more than 4 month and I tried to go there from Thailand but they said that first visa I need from my country so how to go there sir

Thanks sir so after get visa I need to attested my single status certificate from PRC and if I will have legal entry then the embassy will attested my paper right
