About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Notorized and working Visa

I am a malaysian holding singapore PR, i be transfer from my singapore company to work in Tianjin china. Applying for chinese work permit required me to produce non- criminal record. I am able to collect my record from the malaysia embassy at singapore, can i natorized my non-criminal record in singapore, PRC embassy and after that can i apply my work on singapore chinese embassy insteady of going back to malaysia, chinese embassy?

Hi there! You should notarize the non-criminal record at the embassy of PRC in Singapore and then you can apply for the work Z type from there. You don’t need to go back to Malaysia to apply for it.
