About:China Visa

can i get Work Visa without degree Certificate

I am working one spain company and they offer me to go to recently open china branch, it's located in RIZHAO, Shandong province. the problem is I don't have degree certificate but i have 5 years working experience in same company... how I can processed for my work permit ???
can you help me ?

Tamilarasan, if you, you can first register your business in PRC. After you get the legal business license, you can apply for work permit with it. You can provide your final education certificate and proof of work experience. In this case, bachelor degree certificate may not be necessary.
