I arrive on China Eastern and need to tranfer to Air Canada for an international flight at PVG.

I will have checked baggage, will I need to claim it or will it go straight to my destination (Toronto, Canada)?
Also the layover is long so I was planning on purchasing a lounge pass, which lounge and terminal should I purchase the pass for?
Where is the closest lounge and has anyone have any reviews or thoughts they can share if they've used the lounges before?
