If you enter mainland PRC on a long-term visa and you will get a residence permit there, you can apply for the HK entry permit in mainland. If not, you had better apply for it in your country.0

pakistan has not hk embassy and i have a china visit visa. what i apply in china hk visa ?0

You can apply for HK visa from the embassy of PRC, or you can post your application to HK immigration department directly to apply for it.
When you come to PRC, you can apply for HK visa at the Beijing Office of HK SAR government.0
