How far is it from Chengdu Blue city hotel to Jinli street? How late is the street open ?

It is about 2.8 miles (4.5km) from the street. If by taxi, the fare is around CNY13.
The street opens to the public for 24 hours. However, the restaurants and stores along it usually close at around 22:00. Several bars would still open until the midnight. :)
