recommended spending/food/sightseeing money for 6 days in bj.

Question

Hi there :)Two of us are thinking about travelling there to see the Great Wall and other main attractions over 5 nights/6 days. Excluding accommodations costs, what would you recommend we take in cash? We live in Japan and use yen but I can figure out Yuan if I need to. Thanks!

You are suggested to exchange and take a small amount of Chinese Yuan like 1000 or 2000 RMB before leaving. It is quite easy to exchange money at your hotel or bank with your passport. The ATM machines are also available in big cities where you can withdraw money with your credit card.
