Gill, if you fly from Canada to a city which has implemented the 72-hour free transit and then fly to Macau within 72 hours, then you fly back to Canada via an eligible city again, you can enjoy the 72-hour free transit policy both times.

It's possible to use the 72-hour free transit twice, Gill. However, by the time you arrive at Guangzhou, you have to take an onward air ticket to Macau.
