Staying in China for 2 months

Hello, I am planning to partecipate to some business events in Shanghai for 2 months, but I couldn't get a business visa as I couldn't meet some conditions required for it.
Is it possible to get a tourist L type using the invitation letter of the organizing company, then go out from PRC after 30 days and come back again (immediately applying for another tourist L type in HK, or Korea...)? Thank you.

Hi, Salvatore, as per my understanding, it's not good to conduct business events on a tourist L type entry permit. If you have no other ways, perhaps you can do so. You can use the invitation letter from the organizing company to apply for an L type and you can require a two-month stay duration so that you don't have to exit and reapply for the entry permit. In case that you can't get the two-month stay duration, you may extend it after you enter PRC. If again you fail to do this, you can reapply for one in HK or other nearby countries.
