About:China Visa on Arrival

What time does Huang Gang port open for VOA?

My flight arrives in Hong Kong at 1am I would like to go direct to Shenzhen after my flight. Will Huang Gang be open for VOA at 2.30am?

Dear, Huang Gang port is open between 00:00 and 24:00. So you can apply for VOA when you get there at 2.30 am.
