Oh, I know it. It doesn't mean dinner on water, but dinners with dishes one following the other, and these dishes all have soups or water. Usually it contains many dishes. For two of you, ordering one with 16 dishes is enough. Personally, the most well-known resto for such banquet is Zhen Bu Tong Restaurant, at no. 369, East Zhongzhou Road, Old City Area. It has a long history and good fame. The resto is open around 11:00-14:00 & 17:00-21:00. Just go for a try!
