hello, i'm from vietnam, want to travel to mongolia

i'm a Vietnamese studying in Shaanxi province. i'm planning to go to Mongolia at the begining of June. Can i apply for a Mongolia visa? And how is it going to take?

You can apply for it. You need to prepare the required documents first including your passport, 3 passport-style photos, your residence permit in PRC, the application form, your travel itinerary, and other required documents. And then apply for it from the embassy of Mongolia.
