transferring from dragonair to american in capital airport

Question

Hello - my husband is flying from HK to NYC with a layover in Beijing, the HK to PEK flight is booked through American, Dragonair(booked through American, the layover is in PEK but it is only a few hours so he did not get a Visa. He also is not able to physically print a boarding pass, American wouldn't let him do it online and Dragonair can't print for him. Is he going to face any issues? is Dragonair in a different terminal than AA at the airport? Thank you!

1. Don't worry! Upon landing at PEK, he may follows the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to go to the Transfer Counter on 3F, T3-E for handling boarding procedures. He can collect his boarding pass there. 2. Both Dragonair and AA use T3. :)
