About:Chinese Embassy in Hungary

F visa for visiting sister company

Hi,

I am travelling to Shanghai from Hungary to visit our company for 1 week. It is our sister company.
I want to go 2-3 times a year. F type is apply for this? What documents I need?

Adrian, you should apply for a one-year multiple-entry M type. The documents you need include: 1. your passport and a copy of its photo page; 2. a filled-out application form affixed with your recently-taken bare-headeed photo; 3. an invitation letter from your sister company.

Hi Hilary,

If I apply for 1 year M type, what needs to contains the invitation letter? Does it necessary to indicate the hotel name? When I need to write places what I will visit (on application form) enough to write which city?

The invitation letter should contain: 1) particulars about you, including name, gender, date of birth, etc. 2) information about the visit, including visit purpose, arrival and departure dates, place to be visited, relationship with the inviter, and source of expenditure; 3) information about your company, including telephone number, address, common seal, and signature of the legal representative.

You don't have indicate the hotel name on the invitation letter. You can simply write the city where your sister company is located.

1 more question... If I apply for multi entry M type for 1 year... In this moment I just know the first travelling details regarding arrival and departure date. Is the first travel details enough in the invitation letter. I don't know the 2nd or 3rd travel details/dates.
