hello, is there any night bus between huanglong and chengdu city?

if yes, what is the last bus from CD to huanglong and vice versa?

No, there is no direct long-distance bus that runs between these two places.
It's suggested to take the coach from Chadianzi Bus Station, get off at Chuanzhu Temple first. There is only one coach leaving at 09:30. The ticket fare is CNY 114 per person. Then hire a private car to get to the destination. The fare is CNY 150 to 200 for the single trip.

No, there is no night bus.
Both Xinnanmen and Chadianzi Bus Stations have direct coaches to Jiuzhaigou. However, the bus schedules are the following:
Xinnanmen Bus Station: 08:00, 08:05
Chadianzi Bus Station: 08:00, 09:30
