About:Marriage Registration in China

can a foreigner in PRC, holding a student visa, marry a foreigner (Filipino) and reside in PRC?

Sam, two foreigners two can register their marriage in PRC, but I’m not sure a student can get married or not. If you two want to reside in PRC, you should work or study in PRC so that you can get the temporary stay permit.
