How can you apply for a visa if you're leaving the country with the train?

Hi, I am considering to take the Trans Mongolian Express to Moskou starting in Beijing. How can I apply for an entry permit if I need to prove my way out of China?

Ysabel, you can provide your travel itinerary and the valid entry permit Moskou. Or you can provide the train ticket from Beijing to Moskou.
