requirements for Chinese tourist visa

I'm a filipina planning to travel Malaysia as a tourist and at the same time plan to apply Chinese tourist L type in there? What are my requirement for multiple tourist L type?

Monica, you need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a recently-taken passport-sized color photo, accommodation reservation and round trip air tickets, as well as your valid entry permit to Malaysia. Maybe proof of your financial standing is required, too. And then submit the application to CVASC to apply for it.
The number of entries will mainly depend on your travel itinerary and the consular officers have the final right to decide how many entries you need and issue the relevant one.
