How to get to Shenyang city around 2:00 am from Taoxian airport

we (3 people) will be flying from Canada to Shanghai and then take another flight to SY, the arriving time will be around 1:00 am. I will need to get to a place closed to Liaoning University. could you please suggest which is the best way to get there in the midnight?

1. is there still shuttle bus services to Maluwan at that time? if yes, then we can takel a taxi from Maluwan.
2. take a taxi directly from Taoxian airport, will it take much more than option #1?
