You go there for sightseeing purpose, right? If yes, you should apply for a visit entry permit. The first step is to prepare all the required documents including copy of your passport, the application form and a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation arrangement and your travel itinerary, as well as your residence permit in Saudi Arabia. And then submit your application to any of the following three offices to apply for it.
