Dear Sir:
my bf is from pakistan wants to go china. A company is willing to give job,but agent in china saying that he have to come to china first.Is any way that get work visa from pakistan?
If we get an invitation letter for interview so which visa to apply? and how many days will it cost?

I think your bf can only apply for a tourist visa with an invitation letter for interview. A China visa application process usually takes 4 working days.

Thanks Sir,
but if a company is willing to hire and can bf send documents to them from pakistan&they submit to china govt then apply for work visa from pakistan??

If the company may provide your husband A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit and a work permit issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, then he can apply for a work visa.
