About:Vaccinations for Travel to China

Would they need the yellow fever vaccination card for entry?

I have a friend visiting me in Beijing from Trinidad and Tobago soon.

Yes, they have to bring the vaccination card and show the card to the inspection and quarantine agency at the customs.
