About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

Immigration formalities

I'm taking the train from GZ East Station to HK. Need to collect my ticket from the station before the ride. How many hours in advance should i set aside to reach station in advance so that i can collect ticket and go through immigration?

- Do i need to complete departure immgiration formalities at Guangzhou and then arrival at HongKong?

Hi, as I know, for this HK trip, you may not able to collect the ticket by yourself. I was informed by this website that for this trip i need to offer an address in HK for delivery instead. Arrival there about 1 hour in advance should be OK for the immigration check.
