I have UK passport can I get my Chinese Business visa in Mumbai?

I have UK passport can I get my Chinese Business M type in Mumbai? I have all the right paperwork - Bisiness introduction letter and so forth. I will be in Indiannear Mumbai for 2 weeks and need a new business M type, or do I have to go to New Dehli? many thanks Joanna Hardy
