If I fly to Shanghai from Europe and then return to Europe from Shanghai do I qualify?

Frankfurt to Shanghai March 22

Dear, you don’t qualify for the 144 hour free transit because after your stopover in Shanghai, you fly back to Frankfurt, but according to the policy, you should fly to a third country or region rather than Frankfurt.
