Abhishek, you can apply for an F type. You can ask the tournament organizer to issue an invitation letter to you. And then prepare those documents including your passport-and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, and the invitation letter from the open tournament. Afterwards, submit your application to the CVASC to apply for it.
