I have transit in Shanghai is it need visa or not (I'm Sri Lanken)

Janaka, if your layover time in Shanghai is less than 24 hours, and after transit in Shanghai, you fly to a third country or region rather than the one you depart, you don’t need it because you can use the 24 hour direct transit.
Otherwise, you should apply for a transit G type in advance.0
