About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA Shenzhen for Tunisian

i'm Tunisia and i have a Chinese VISA ,M Type, 3 months, 1 entry. i will go to Shanghai then to Hongkong, then i need to go to shenzhen. My business M type will be not useful as i exit China mainland when i go to Hong Kong.
May i get the VOA to Shenzhen?

Dear, it’s not easy for you to get a VOA in Shenzhen.
Actually, if you go to Shenzhen for not more than 24 hours, and after stay there, you will fly to a third country or region instead of HK, you can enjoy 24 hour direct transit. In this case, no entry permit is required.
